Everything went fine and one item had to be replaced; they immediately sent a new Talkabout Radios T7400 R-2 and a return postage label without any hassle. My only complaint is that I did not know this at the time as I sent them an email asking what to do with the broken one and 3 days later I receive an email with a UPS tracking number.
